I would like to take this time to thank all of the amazingly fit, hard working, dedicated Fit Stop members who are lounging away the month of August. Thank you for your continued support and remember to make good choices so that when September rolls around, you will be able to jump back in without too much suffering! :)
A special thank you to Christy for all of her hard work and dedication and all of her help in this transition. She is the best!
