Monthly Class Schedule

For the summer months, No evening class Thursday June 12th...but we are going to do friday June 13-
We will have ALL weekday morning classes and Personal Fitness Training Sessions by appointment only. If we have no class reservations for the morning hours, class will not be held. Please sign up for the morning classes at least 24 hours in advance (1 full day, please) Personal Fitness Training sessions are to be scheduled weekly.

Beginning Monday, June 9, we will be opening at our summer EARLY bird hours. You can also email in your class sign up at Nancy@thefitstop.net.
All Personal Fitness training Appointments will be scheduled on a first come, first serve basis. There will be no "standing appointments", however; you may schedule your time up to a week in advance. If you miss an appointment, you forefit that time slot.
All Fitness Classes fall under "categories" for scheduling ease; however, no 2 classes are the same, and we offer variety as well as challenging moves that will result in you achieving your fitness goals as quickly and efficiently as possible! Beginner to advanced, we have just what you are looking for!
Targeted Fitness Classes target certain areas specifically
Extreme Fitness Classes move quickly and include advanced exercises
Core Strength Classes target your core ( mostly abs- also thighs, butt )
Weight Training Classes are 30 minutes of toning, strengthening, and sculpting
Classes usually include use of weights, balls, bands, and more!

We are here to help make your fitness goals a reality-if you need special work-out times, we try to be accommodating, just ask!
